Tami Creegan

Ms. Creegan has been employed in the Worker's Compensation industry since 1989.

She began her career at the Industrial Commission of Arizona where she worked as a Claims Specialist handling both indemnity and medical-only claims for over ten years. She gained extensive experience in proper processing procedures for Arizona workers' compensation claims in accordance with Arizona statutes. Within two years, she was promoted to an adjuster position in the Special Fund Division where she gained experience in difficult claims handling such as "old-law" supportive care claims, and indemnity or medical only claims filed against non-insured employers. The claims processed in the Special Fund Division are often "the worst of the worst." This position provided experience in all aspects of administering claims with extensive periods of litigation.

Tami joined Summit Administration Services, Inc. in 2002 as a workers' compensation claims analyst bringing her extensive knowledge and experience to the workers' compensation department. In recognition of her expertise, she was promoted to Workers' Compensation Claims Manager in 2005, where she is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire department and operations on a daily basis. Tami has become a highly valued employee who is relied upon for providing outstanding customer service, timely claims handling, statutory knowledge and handling extremely difficult claims and bringing them to completion. Tami graduated Summa Cum-Laude from Arizona State University, with a degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Child Development and Family Studies.
